Do I need an account to make a purchase?
No, you don't. In fact, right now you cannot create an account when making a purchase, but we will have account set-ups in place soon so you can see past purchases, save products to a Wish List and speed up your check out process.
I placed an order. Can I add to it?
Sorry, not at this time. If you want additional items, you will need to create an new order and purchase it.
How do I cancel my order?
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled once you place your order. We know... it sucks and this policy may change in the near future.
Where is my order?
We are an independent and small company. Unlike Amazon, we can't turn around orders overnight but we work as quickly as possible, so we always ask customers for a little patience. Our on-line fulfilment system will automatically email you when your order has been picked, packed and shipped. If you don't receive an email within 7 business days, check your JUNK mail folder. How do I place an order?
It's easy! Find a product you like, then click the "Add to Cart" button. When you add an item, you'll see a little cart summary pop-up. You can either check out now or continue shopping. When you're ready to check out, just follow the steps and BAM! You're done.
